Poker Hold'Em Rules
Texas hold'em is a very popular online game. The game uses all 52 cards and since the game is played online, there can be no exchanges or use of the joker. Basic poker rule holds true here too and maximum and minimum bet is a house decision. Unlimited betting is allowed in tournaments.
The game begins with a selection of who will deal and as identification this player has a dealer button. The dealer changes with every hand so that all players get a chance to deal. Forced betting has to be done by two players to the left of the dealer. The first neighbor has to bet the small blind which corresponds to half of the minimum decided betting house amount while the person next to the first neighbor places the big blind bet which is equal to the minimum betting amount as decided by the house. In the flop round, payers can bet, check, fold or even raise. After this round, a card is dealt called turn and betting resumes for which players can either check, raise or fold. In the event of a tie, the pot is split and if by the end of the game, there is only one player, the pot is automatically handed over to the player. In this case there is no requirement for a show down.
